Join fellow wedding professionals as we taste and learn about sake.
Founder & President of The North American Sake Institute, Tiffany Dawn Soto, will be conducting a sake tasting for wedding professionals.
Given the ever increasing rise in requests for sushi bars at special
events and weddings, it seems only natural that the demand for super
premium sakes is also gaining in popularity. For this event, we are
proud to present a guest educator known for her remarkable ability to
identify a sake for every palate.
More about Tiffany Dawn Soto:
Tiffany Dawn Soto is the youngest (and first white female) master level
sake sommelier in the world. She was also the #1 sake sommelier
internationally. Tiffany has been featured in many publications and was
on the cover of Nightclub and Bar Magazine, in Chef Magazine, the
Martha Stewart Radio Show, etc. Her specialty in our field is pairing
sake with non-Asian types of cuisine. As a former event coordinator, Tiffany also brings a level of understanding to
this type of event.
